Career Training
Career training is more important today than ever as many workers are not only trying to enter the job market, but also re-enter it.
We conceived BankWorks to serve as a model training program. While it specifically trains bank tellers for the financial industry, it also is a model for collective training for positions in high demand by multiple employers within any single industry. Through BankWorks, we currently provide trained tellers to banks – fulfilling the banks’ needs for skilled workers at an effective cost per placement.
Now in its fourth year, BankWorks has successfully demonstrated the proof of concept. Next, we intend to export its model to other industries with similar opportunities.
